Service Cost

I charge a flat rate of $45 per hour for labor.  As an example, projects like sight swaps usually take one hour, where as, a complete disassembly, cleaning, inspection and reassembly of a weapon usually takes two hours.   If parts are needed to complete the service, they can be provided by the customer or I will provide them and add their expense to the overall cost.

Return shipping and insurance are up to the preference of the customer; please specify.   A $5 shipping and handling fee will be applied to all shipments.  If required for shipment, a copy of my FFL can be provided up on request.

Please contact me prior to shipping any weapons.

When service is complete and the item is dropped off for return shipping, I will provide an invoice via email with total cost, as well as tracking information for the shipment.  I will not require payment until the customer has received the item and is satisfied with my service.  At that time, payment can be made by USPS money order, personal check or PayPal.

My goal is on providing the best service possible, not on a huge profit margin, so if you are not completely satisfied with my service, let me know, so I can make it right.
